We are an independent DIGI sales point. We are not affiliated with any other brand.
2. Terms of use
Access to this website is free. The content (texts, images, product catalogue, prices) is for information only and may change without notice. Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative and final confirmation is made via WhatsApp at the time of ordering.
Sisas Market is not responsible for typographical, stock or pricing errors in the catalogue, nor for damages arising from interruptions to Vodafone's service, the network or the ordering app.
3. Privacy policy (GDPR)
3.1 Data controller
The data controller for personal data is Sisas Market, with the contact details shown in section 1.
3.2 What data we collect
This website has no registration forms, user account or newsletter. We therefore do not actively collect personal data through the site.
We do process the following data when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always with your consent and to handle your order or enquiry:
- Name and contact details (phone, delivery address).
- Postal address and postcode, to calculate the cost and delivery time.
- Details of the products ordered.
- Email, only if you choose to write to us that way.

3.4 How long we keep data
- Order data: the retention periods required by tax law (generally 5 years for invoices and accounting records).
- WhatsApp conversations: for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you request its deletion.
3.5 Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only the service providers we need to deliver the service (the messaging app for delivery and the invoicing platform) access it, acting as processors under art. 28 GDPR. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards of chapter V of the GDPR apply (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
3.6 Your rights
You may at any time, free of charge, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@sisasmarket.es or calling +34 624 67 65 45. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
3.7 Minors
The site is aimed at people over 14. We do not intentionally collect data from minors under that age. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
4. Cookie policy
4.1 What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Our site is static and does not install its own cookies: preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage, which is local storage, not a cookie.

4.3 The cookie banner
At the bottom of the site you'll see a banner with two buttons: "Accept" and "Reject". Your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage and is not shown again. If you reject, the Google map is not loaded automatically and a button is shown to open it if you want.
4.4 Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any behaviour tracking tool on this site. There are no user profiles or personalised advertising. You can browse the whole site without your behaviour being recorded.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and catalogue of this site belong to Sisas Market. The product photos shown come from freely-licensed databases (Open Food Facts) or are the shop's own photos. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
6. Applicable law
The relationship with Sisas Market is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Alicante (the province of the trader's registered address).
